2009 Trendy Summer Short Hair Cuts

It is summer and the weather becoming hotter now. If you want to get a new haircut, it's time to choose a good hairstyle and bye-bye to a long curly hair. See few of my favorite trendy haircuts.

Edgy color and choppy layers is toned town by straight layers with side-swept fringe. Apply a straightening balm to damp strands and blow-dry smooth, flipping ends out for a wind-swept look. Polish off the style by flat-ironing layers even sleeker.

Angular Bob
I think these cuts DO NOT work well with anyone and everyone. They look best on women with very fine/petite facial features and an angular cheekbone.

Rock Doll Hair Cuts

The famous Rock Doll cut, by Pierre Mollicone for L'Oréal Professionel.
Katie Holmes has proven to be a true trendsetter for her sexy hairstyles. Katie Holmes is one of those lucky girls with a perfectly oval face and supremely delicate features.
Easy pop short blonde hair with beautiful bangs...

This is a meduim length hairstyle trends...so femine and perfect.
To give a pixie a hipper feel, hair is snipped asymmetrically. The longer side of the cut is directed forward to veil short, cury bangs that are achoed by flirty spikes at the far back of the crown.

RP Election 2010 poll automation to push through

Smartmatic and TIM won the automation contract with the Commission on Elections after submitting a bid of P7.2 billion for the procurement of 82,000 machines using the Precinct Count Optical Scan (PCOS) technology.

Smartmatic and TIM met at the Comelec last July 3 and they announced that the consortium will proceed with the automation of the next election.

But this brings to mind the question, “How reliable can the computerized (automated) election system be?” knowing that anything electronic is much easier to falsify. Will the election finally put an end to the “dagdag-bawas” dilemma in our nation’s election results? Or, will the automation process make it much easier to fake election returns?

Let see the “trial-and-error” results in our election process begin on August 11, 2008.
